From time to time, the Managing Director of a Company' appoints Planning Committees, each consisting of exactly three members. Eligible for appointment are three executives from Finance - B, C and D - and three executives from Operations - E, F and M. Any given committee is subject to the following restrictions on appointments :
i) At least one member must be from Finance, and at least one member must be from Operations.
ii) If B is appointed, C cannot be appointed.
iii) Neither D nor F can be appointed unless the other is also appointed.
iv) If E is appointed, M must be appointed.
