$\therefore 60=\frac{11}{2}m-30 \times 2$

or $60=30\times 2-\frac{11}{2}m$

$\therefore \frac{11}{2} m=0$

m=0

Therefore, the angle between the hour hand and the minute hand is $60^{o}$
